Akhil brings in over 25 years of global experience in Project Management, Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Contracts, Claims & Delay Analysis in Infrastructure & Industrial sector (Power, Resources, Telecom, Rail, Bridges, Utilities & Services), Townships, Mixed-use Development, Hotels, Residential & Commercial buildings, EPCM projects in the Construction, Civil-Engg, Power Transmission & Telecom industries.

Akhil's International experience spans across Australia, Middle East/GCC (UAE, Qatar, Oman), Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan), Asia (India, Tajikistan, Syria, Yemen, Libya).

Akhil has held operational to management positions in Client, Consultancy and Contracting organizations. His significant association with three-dimensional project management helps in comprehensive approach to project delivery.

Akhil specializes in Systems setup, including setting up procedures processes and software integration, for PMO, Project Controls, ERP, PMIS, EVMS (earned value management system), and IMS (Integrated Mgmt System) within ISO environment. He is a certified internal auditor for IMS, QMS, OHSAS.

Akhil specialize in helping projects achieve Time, Cost, Risk & Systems optimization. He is known as a Team player by nature, a proficient communicator, and effectively lead team of professionals with ability to establish and meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize.

 

Akhil's professional accreditations include CCP, EVP & PMP. He is associated with various professional bodies viz. PMI, AACE. He volunteers to AACE’s CCP Test Paper technical grading.

He also mentors, trains, and conducts classes on project management and project controls.
